Ibiza may be called the centre of youth parties. It is world-known thanks to its night life. Night life of Ibiza is a unique combination of European youth disco parties and Spanish traditional night "fiesta". You'll get into the atmosphere of freedom in Playa D En Bossa that is one of the most visited tour centres of the island. Legendary disco club "Space" famous for its after-parties is situated here. At 2 a.m. a crowd of people goes to huge disco clubs noted for their foam-parties. Each club gathers more than 10 000 people each night. The most famous are "Amnesia", "Privilege".
Every summer the world-known DJs come to Ibiza to play recorded music. You may meet D. Morales, Sasha, Cart Cox, and many other DJs there. And in winter the participants of show program of these clubs travel to Europe with their shows.
The Night holiday of Ibiza never ends. After-parties start at 6 a.m. and last till 3 p.m. but youth continues its "fiesta" at the beaches and in bars.
The first bars appeared here in 60-s of the 20th century when first youth subcultures appeared. Nowadays there are thousands of bars on this island and each bar has its peculiarity. Bars situated in the noisiest part of the city of Eivissa can boast romantic sceneries of nature. Bars of Sa Penya keep the atmosphere of underground. And Bars of Dalt Vila are very prestigious and expensive. But one peculiarity unites all these bars – their residents are the most fashionable and modern young people from all over the world.
The most popular DJ of Ibiza is Paul Oakenfold. He invented the new style of music called "Ibiza music style". He is famous in Europe as he was the DJ of London disco club called "Project". And when he got to Ibiza in 1987 he understood that Ibiza was the best place for young people and new youth subcultures. He left Ibiza with a new style of music, so called Balearic House that is a mixture of pop and Indian music.
Ibiza is the centre of student's holidays. This place is not for those who are looking for peaceful and calm holiday.
Besides, this island is also famous for its gay-parties. There are 24 bars, 10 restaurants, 5 cafes, 3 clubs, several beaches and a lot of fashionable shops created specially for gays.
Spain and Ibiza in particular is the place of total freedom, people may do everything they want here. There are no dress-codes; people may dress anything, of course if they want to dress something. Such freedom was brought here by hippies and since 60-s this is the island of total carelessness.
Ibiza is a paradise for young people that dream to get into the atmosphere of freedom and joy. It is an island of holidays and parties. Youth may get everything it is looking for: sex, drugs and discos.
